Dr. Cantrell is a licensed Counseling Psychologist who specializes in working with adolescents through adults addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting, caregiving, aging, and disabilities.  She graduated with her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver in 2007. She has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Sociology from Stetson University.

How can you feel better, stronger, happier, more hopeful? Dr. Cantrell is dedicated to supporting your journey as you build a meaningful and authentic today and tomorrow. She understands life is complex and we are often disconnected from others and from our purpose. Dr. Cantrell has extensive experience and training in individual and family therapy utilizing various therapeutic approaches. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to facilitate skills and strategies to cope with anxiety, depression, loneliness, parenting, relationship and caregiving issues, empty nesting and aging.

Dr. Cantrell established Enduring Hope Psychological Services on the philosophy that while we endure trying times in life, our hope must endure as well. She has a unique perspective on caregiving and understands the many "pulls" on our emotional capacity. We prioritize mental health with compassion and intention on working with you to restore your hope.
