Our Team

Dr. Cantrell is a Licensed Psychologist who established Enduring Hope Psychological Services, on the philosophy that while we endure trying times in life, our hope must endure. Dr. Cantrell has extensive experience and training in individual and family therapy utilizing various therapeutic approaches. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to facilitate skills and strategies to cope with anxiety, depression, loneliness, parenting, relationship and caregiving issues, empty nesting and aging.

She has a unique perspective on caregiving and understands the many "pulls" on our emotional capacity. She prioritizes mental health with compassion and intention on working with you to restore your hope.

Jennifer Marillo is a licensed master social worker and therapist at Enduring Hope, bringing over 20 years of social work experience to her therapy practice. With a background in adoption, Medicaid, homelessness, and reentry services, Jennifer's approach is holistic and rooted in diverse real-world experience. She now works primarily with clients aged 11 through 50, addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, and anger. Jennifer's style is interactive and practical, utilizing techniques like parts work to help clients build self-awareness and improve communication. Inspired by her own journey in counseling from a young age, Jennifer is passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health and fostering open, supportive conversations within families and communities. She is dedicated to helping her clients find a safe space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Donna Radford is a licensed master social worker at Enduring Hope Psychological Services, dedicated to empowering clients through their unique journeys. Donna offers compassionate support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions. She believes in creating a safe, validating environment where clients feel heard and understood. By taking a holistic approach, she assesses both individual and environmental factors that impact well-being. Donna provides insights into complex situations like family dynamics, workplace stress, and healthcare advocacy, offering both guidance and understanding

Jonathan Atwell is a graduate student intern here at Enduring Hope Psychological Services. He is completing his master's degree from Liberty University and has over 20 years of experience in helping fields. Here in our clinic, Jonathan has been helping clients overcome depression, anxiety, and anger as well as other challenges to their mental health.
